Kuwahi Dolls is owned and operated by Joyce Mathews. Joyce has painted and sold Dianna Effner Dolls for over twenty years. In 2021 Joyce sculpted and manufactured her own line of dolls, Joy Forever. She enjoys painting and sculpting dolls that capture the sweet, innocence and wonder of childhood.
